PS if you know the best place to buy refurbished Dell laptops can you please let me know. In reply to Terry's post on April 8, I would download the latest version from the Microsoft website as explained above so that you would be running the latest version and would require less updating. With regards to a Dell - I love Dell systems - I run a Dell Mobile workstation - the best system I have ever had, windows 10 update wont download to external hard drive, solid reliable and extremely fast!!
With regards to refurbished Dell laptop, that depends on your location, but I would go for one from somewhere like a government department or big organisation - they hardly use their laptops and they are basically new when bought second hand!!
